Flowering early to late summer. Perennial. Garden escape.

Small white flowers streaked with pink. Small, fleshy, greyish-green leaves, +/- red-flushed, sticky-downy. Forms low, spreading mats.

An occasional garden escape with most Irish records from Co. Cork on old walls and limestone rocks.
