Flowering time: May-October. Perennial. Introduced.

Racemes of tubular bright yellow flowers are followed by seed capsules containg black seeds, The grey-green leaves have un-toothed segments and no tendrils. Branched stems, height 15-30cm.

An occasional garden escape on shady walls, pavements, masonry cracks, among brick rubble and on waste ground.
