Flowering time: May-August. Perennial. Introduced.

Pink-purple flowers with deeply notched petals followed by smooth, minutely downy fruits. Rounded, lobed leaves, long-stalked basal leaves. Softly hairy stems and leaves. Erect to ascending, height 30-60cm

Found on roadsides, waste ground and hedgebanks, often near habitation
