Very variable fertile hybrid between Kidney Saxifrage, Saxifraga hirsuta and St. Patrick's Cabbage, S. spathularis. Leaf comparison below

Small pinkish white flowers on erect hairy stalks. The leaves are variably intermediate between those of Kidney Saxifrage and St.Patricks Cabbage.

Frequent in SW Ireland in habitats supporting Kidney Saxifrage, S. hirsuta but also found in Galway and Mayo in the absence of S. hirsuta.
