Flowering: July-September. Annual / perennial. Native.

White flowers with yellow centres, the achenes with elongated oil-glands. The succulent, fine-cut leaflets are blunt or rounded at tips. A very variable plant, the stems either hairless or sparsely hairy and erect or procumbent in growth habit. Height/spread 20-60cm.

Grows around most Irish coasts on sand or shingle, waste ground, coastal walls and the margins of saltmarshes.
